G.O.A.'L is a registered non-profit and non-governmental organization (NGO) in Korea founded by adoptees from Europe and the US that has served as a homebase for adoptees within their birth country since 1998. G.O.A.'L provides a wide range of post-adoption services including birth family search assistance, 1-on-1 Korean language tutors, language study scholarships as well as access to social and peer-support networks.
