* These are discounted rates. True conference costs are $300-350/person; we fundraise
to keep rates as low as possible. If you can afford to pay $300, please consider making
a donation to cover the full costs of your attendance. Our rates are also set to
encourage the networking and community building that comes from full conference
attendance.
Conference fees are for adults and children ages 7-17. If you plan to attend with
children under the age of seven, contact us at 717-574-3629/info@kaanet.org
for costs and options, including a new childcare opportunity for 3-6 year olds.
Cancellation Policy: If you register but find you cannot attend the conference, you have several options.
- Find a friend or family member to attend in your place (just put us in contact with your replacement).
- Donate your registration fee to KAAN’s Scholarship Fund.
- Apply for reimbursement per these terms: Cancel by May 1... Full payment less a $25 processing fee. Cancel by June 30... Full payment less a $100 processing/planning fee. No reimbursements for cancellations after July 1. Please provide a mailing address for your check and phone number to reach you with any questions.
We accept payment via PayPal or by check (mailing instructions provided with your registration receipt).
